The position offers permanent full-time employment, a salary range of $78,000 to $103,000 CAD per year, and the option to work 100% remotely for those living more than 30 minutes from Blainville.

Qualifications

• Valid Claims Adjuster licence for Personal and Commercial Lines per provincial requirements.
• 3 to 5 years of experience handling automotive glass claims or claims analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage automotive glass claims from intake through settlement.
• Review invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Verify vehicle, parts, labour and documentation details before approving claims.
• Respond to calls from customers and repair centres in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date claim files in internal systems.
• Follow up on claims to meet processing timelines and service levels.
• Investigate discrepancies and ensure resolution with insurers and partners.
