Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• 3 - 5 years of customer service experience would be beneficial.
• Auto adjuster experience preferred; CIP designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review insurance policy and coverages.
• Investigate complex automobile claims (e.g., impaired, unlisted operator, non-drivable) and determine coverage and liability.
• Settle claims in accordance with organization’s policies and practices.
• Collaborate with customers, service providers (towing, repair shops), other insurers and law enforcement.
