Job summary

Fix Network is seeking a Claims Manager to handle automotive glass claims from intake to resolution. The role requires delivering exceptional customer service, reviewing invoices, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with insurer requirements.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of relevant experience, a valid Insurance Adjuster License, and bilingual English/French abilities. This is a fully remote, full-time position with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience handling automotive glass or insurer claims.
  • Bilingual in French and English is mandatory for nationwide insurer communications.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are required.
  • Proficiency with claims management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid Insurance Adjuster License is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage automobile glass claims from receipt to resolution in line with policies and AMF rules.
  • Review invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Verify vehicle data, parts, labour, and documentation before approval.
  • Respond to inbound calls from customers and repair facilities with timely updates.
  • Coordinate with insurers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and issues.
  • Investigate exceptions, billing discrepancies, and documentation gaps.
  • Maintain accurate claim records and update internal systems.
  • Ensure claims processing complies with Québec regulations and licensing.

Fix Network is looking for a Claims Manager who loves to put the foot to the floor!

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while managing automotive glass claims in accordance with company policies, insurer requirements. This role is responsible for reviewing and processing claims, responding to inbound queue calls, resolving claim-related inquiries, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of claim documentation.

The daily road of a Claims Manager at Fix Network
  • Manage automobile glass claims from receipt through resolution in accordance with company policies, insurer and AMF requirements.
  • Review and validate invoices, supporting documentation, and claim details to ensure accuracy and compliance with insurer pricing agreements and program requirements.
  • Verify vehicle information, parts, labour, and supporting documentation before approving claims.
  • Respond to inbound queue calls from customers and participating repair facilities in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, providing claim updates, answering inquiries, and resolving issues whenever possible.
  • Communicate with glass repair facilities, insurance partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve claim discrepancies and outstanding issues.
  • Investigate and resolve claim exceptions, billing discrepancies, and documentation deficiencies.
  • Ensure all claims are processed in accordance with Québec regulations and AMF licensing requirements.
  • Maintain accurate claim records and update internal systems with all relevant claim information.
  • Monitor claims to ensure timely processing and resolution while meeting established service standards.
  • Respond to inquiries from repair facilities and insurance partners in a professional and timely manner.
  • Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve claims processes and operational efficiency.
  • Stay informed of insurer requirements, pricing agreements, and industry best practices related to automotive glass claims.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
The Pilot We Are Looking For
  • Valid Insurance Adjuster License
  • 3-5 years of experience handling automotive glass claims, insurance claims, or claims adjudication.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is mandatory as the Claims Manager will be working with insurers across Canada and will respond to claims in both French and English.
  • Knowledge of automotive glass repair and replacement procedures.
  • Understanding of insurer billing practices and pricing agreements.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple claims in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with claims management systems and Microsoft Office.
