Job summary

Allstate Canada is seeking a Claim Advisor, Auto to join our growing team in a fully remote role within Canada. You will review policies, investigate complex auto claims, determine coverage and liability, and settle claims in line with company policies.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of customer service experience, a high school education, and the ability to collaborate with customers, service providers, other insurers, and law enforcement.
