Job summary

You will manage end-to-end claims, coordinate towing, appraisals, repairs, and rentals while maintaining accuracy and timely settlements. A high-volume workflow mindset and strong service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of auto claims adjusting experience preferred; transferable skills encouraged.
• Manage high-volume workflows (100+ claims) with attention to detail.
• Proven customer service and communication skills.
• Effective time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Analyze, investigate, and negotiate outcomes; CIP designation or progress is an asset.
• Post-secondary education is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-first experience through empathy, active listening, and clear communication.
• Manage claims end-to-end, including coordinating towing, appraisals, repairs, and rentals.
• Review and reconcile repair estimates to support fair settlements.
• Gather, assess, and validate information from multiple sources to support claim decisions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver seamless service.
• Contribute to process improvements and pursue professional development.
• Pursue CIP designation.
