Job summary

Artists Animation Studio seeks a Production Coordinator to support the department and artists on the front lines. You will manage asset and shot tracking, enter data into Shotgrid, and coordinate workloads with Supervisors to keep productions on schedule.

You will liaise with tech support, assist in handoffs between departments, and help deliver assets to clients. A proactive, organized communicator thrives in a fast-paced animation environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the animation industry with a baseline understanding of Harmony and/or Adobe Photoshop.
• Proactive thinking – you anticipate roadblocks before they occur.
• Extremely organized with a focus on improving workflow efficiencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, keeping teams informed.

Responsibilities

• Proactively retrieve production assets to prepare departmental breakdowns and outputs.
• Enter required info into Shotgrid and coordinate workloads with Supervisors.
• Track artist output against the schedule and provide weekly updates to leadership.
• Flag and report schedule issues to Production Manager and Producer.
• Liaise with tech support to assist artists and tracking systems.
