Job summary

Rodeo FX is seeking a VFX Coordinator to support the production team from pre-production to delivery. You will manage shot lists, schedules, and notes, ensuring targets are met and information flows smoothly between departments and clients.

You will work with the VFX Supervisor and Producer to track progress, organize dailies, and maintain thorough documentation. Strong organization and communication are essential, with experience in Flow and Google Suite preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of production experience in visual effects or film.
• Experience in an administrative position.
• Excellent proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Excel.
• Experience with Flow Production Tracking project management software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain show shot list and milestones with VFX Supervisor and VFX Producer.
• Maintain shot status and artist targets; produce show status reports.
• Update documents for show status (shotlist, schedule, etc.).
• Take, receive and disseminate internal and client shot notes.
