Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere with flexible hours. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what is off in writing. Your work contributes to shaping AI systems to reason and perform better in real-world tasks.

Excellent written English and attention to detail are essential. Bachelor’s degree or higher is a nice-to-have; applicants from multiple regions may qualify for this

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong clear written communication.
• Attention to detail and patience to replay/zoom when something seems off.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rate how natural and clear each interaction sounds.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom in, replay) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flicker, or audio-video mismatch.
• Write a specific English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
