Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to evaluate AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You’ll engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off in writing, contributing to real-world AI improvements.

The role is remote with flexible hours. Experience in clear written communication and strong attention to detail is essential. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; patient to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each response sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or misalignment between audio and video.
• Writing explanations in English detailing observations.
