Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, including live conversations with AI voice models and comparison of AI-generated images and videos. You will explain what’s off in writing, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Tasks include evaluating image and video outputs, identifying errors, and rating overall quality while communicating clearly in English. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome, with flexible, freelance hours and frequent payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in to verify issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios during reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and useful each output sounds.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unusual motion, text errors, and misaligned audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then documenting a clear explanation in English.
