Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule. Your observations help improve how AI systems reason and perform in real-world tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and ability to explain observations clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and writing a concise explanation in English.
