Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to help train AI models. This remote, flexible freelance opportunity involves live conversations with AI voice models, evaluating responses, and providing concise explanations in English.

You should have a Bachelor's degree or higher, strong attention to detail, and the ability to think clearly under realistic scenarios. Core project work pays up to 18 USD per hour, with additional incentives through Missions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in any field or ongoing studies.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to verify outputs.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for issues like distorted motion, text errors, or audio-video misalignment.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing observations and decisions.
