Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented, fluent English speakers to help train AI models through live conversations, image/video judgments, and written explanations. As a freelance, remote role with flexible hours, you’ll rate AI outputs for naturalness and usefulness, provide structured feedback, and help improve model performance across voice, image, and video tasks.

Eligible candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or higher, keen attention to detail, and ability to communicate clearly in English;

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication for natural, everyday conversation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong attention to detail, patient to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in realistic conversations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank how natural, useful, and clear outputs sound.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge alignment with prompts.
• Write explanations in English detailing observations.
