Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to help train AI models by providing human feedback. This freelance role is remote with flexible hours, ideal for students or professionals seeking project-based work.

You will evaluate live conversations, judge AI outputs, and write concise explanations in English to guide model training. Prior experience writing reviews is a plus, and a brief screening may be required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong attention to detail, with patience to listen, replay, and zoom in when something seems off.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or inconsistent audio-video alignment.
• Provide a written, evidence-based explanation in English for each rating.
