Outlier is seeking detail-oriented, English-speaking contributors to help train AI voice, image, and video models. This remote, freelance role offers flexible hours and the ability to work from anywhere.

You’ll participate in live conversations, compare AI outputs, and provide clear, evidence-based feedback in English. Ideal candidates hold at least a bachelor’s degree, are fluent in English, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail with strong written communication.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with patience to replay/zoom in to verify issues.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or text/audio mismatches.
• Provide written explanations in English describing what you saw or heard and why a rating was given.
