Outlier is seeking detail-oriented, fluent-English speakers to help train AI models in voice, image, and video tasks. This freelance, remote position offers flexible hours and the chance to influence cutting-edge AI systems.

You’ll conduct live conversations, rank outputs for naturalness and usefulness, and write concise explanations in English. A bachelor’s degree or higher and strong attention to detail are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• High attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted motion, text errors, or audio mismatch.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing observations and conclusions.
