Outlier is seeking fluent English speakers to help train AI models through live conversations, image and video evaluation, and detailed written feedback. This freelance, remote role offers flexible hours and requires strong communication, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to judge prompt adherence and realism.

No AI-writing tools allowed for your explanations. You'll work asynchronously across projects, with compensation based on core project rates plus additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written and spoken communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to rewatch or zoom in when something is off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to think on your feet and explain scenarios clearly in conversation.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge alignment with prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted motion, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Provide a written explanation of your ratings highlighting what you observed.
