Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to help train AI models by evaluating live conversations, visual outputs, and media quality. This remote freelance role offers flexible hours as you contribute to training voice, image, and video AI models.

You will perform scenario-based conversations, compare AI outputs, and write concise explanations in English detailing observations. A bachelor’s degree or higher and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong attention to detail with patience to rewatch or zoom in.
• Comfortable speaking through realistic scenarios in conversation.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge fidelity to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio and video.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing what was observed.
