Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented, fluent English speakers to help train AI models via live conversations, image and video comparisons, and careful evaluation. This freelance, remote role offers flexible hours and the ability to work from anywhere with a quiet workspace.

You will rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of AI outputs, provide written explanations in English, and help identify issues like distorted motion or text errors. Prior experience in evaluating AI outputs is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and assessing naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio and video.
• Providing written, evidence-based explanations in English describing what was observed.
