Job summary

Outlier is seeking fluent English speakers to help train AI models by evaluating live conversations and judging image/video prompts. This remote, freelance role offers flexible hours and the ability to work from anywhere with a computer and quiet space.

You will rate naturalness and usefulness of outputs, provide written explanations in English, and help compare AI-generated media across tasks such as voice and visuals. Prior experience is valued, but the screening will determine fit.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong and clear written communication.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios in natural speech.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank how natural, useful, and clear outputs sound.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs for quality issues and explain findings in English.
