Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to help train AI models through live conversations and comparative evaluations. You will rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity of AI outputs, and provide evidence-based written explanations.

This remote freelance role offers flexible hours. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or higher, excellent written English, and strong attention to detail, with the ability to discuss realistic scenarios naturally.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI models and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for issues like distorted anatomy, mismatched audio or text errors; provide explanations in English.
• Write concise explanations pointing to observations and evidence for review.
