Job summary

Outlier is seeking English-speaking contributors to train AI models through live, scenario-based conversations. This remote, freelance role offers flexible hours and focuses on evaluating naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of AI outputs.

You will compare AI-generated media, provide written explanations, and spot issues such as distorted motion or audio-visual mismatches, ensuring high-quality feedback in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in when something looks off.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for issues like distorted motion, text errors, or audio-video mismatches and describe findings in writing.
