Outlier is seeking fluent English speakers to help train AI models by engaging in live conversations, rating responses, and comparing multimedia outputs. This remote freelance opportunity offers flexible hours and requires keen attention to detail and strong written communication.

You will assess naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of AI voices, images, and videos, then provide evidence-based notes in English. Training involves onboarding and a short screening per project.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to verify outputs.
• Comfortable speaking in natural everyday conversations and thinking on your feet.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs for distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio and visuals.
• Write concise, English explanations pointing to what you observed or heard.
