Outlier is seeking freelance English speakers to help train AI models. You’ll participate in live conversations with AI voice models, rate how natural and clear the outputs are, and provide concise explanations.

You’ll also compare AI-generated images and videos, judging alignment with prompts and quality, with flexible hours and remote work. A detail-focused, communicative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear writing and comfortable with natural conversation.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then rating naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely for issues like distorted anatomy, flicker or misalignment, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Write explanations in English detailing what you saw or heard.
