Outlier is seeking fluent English speakers to train AI models by participating in live conversations, evaluating AI outputs, and writing concise explanations in English. Contributors assess voice, image, and video outputs, rating adherence, quality, and realism, then provide detailed written feedback.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for distortions, flickering, or misalignment between audio and video.
• Provide concise, evidence-based written explanations of your assessments.
