Job summary

Postmedia is hiring an Associate Account Executive in Calgary, AB (100% remote; must be located in Canada). Join a digital advertising team supported by SDRs, Sales Engineers, and AI-powered tools to accelerate growth and become a full-cycle Account Executive.

You will focus on new business acquisition, manage a CRM-driven pipeline, and leverage an AI-enabled stack to sharpen skills and drive revenue, with a clear path for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, lead generation, or client-facing roles.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual selling environments.
• Interest in digital advertising and programmatic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage new business through outbound outreach, digital engagement, and SDR-supported opportunities.
• Conduct virtual discovery calls to identify client needs and qualify opportunities.
• Present tailored digital advertising solutions across SEO, SEM, Programmatic, Social, and Display.
• Manage a structured pipeline within CRM, maintaining accurate forecasting and activity tracking.
• Leverage AI tools to improve call performance, objection handling, and follow-up efficiency.
• Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and activity targets.
• Transition qualified opportunities smoothly to internal teams for fulfillment.
