Job summary

Postmedia Integrated Advertising in Hamilton, ON is seeking an Associate Account Executive to drive new business in a 100% remote role. You will work within a high-performance, AI-enabled sales environment to build a strong digital media pipeline.

You’ll collaborate with SDRs, Sales Engineers, and Service Delivery, develop consultative digital selling skills, and grow toward a full Account Executive position while meeting revenue and activity targets.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage new business through outbound outreach, digital engagement, and SDR-supported opportunities
• Conduct virtual discovery calls to identify client needs and qualify opportunities
• Present tailored digital advertising solutions across SEO, SEM, Programmatic, Social, and Display
• Manage a structured pipeline within CRM, maintaining accurate forecasting and activity tracking
• Leverage AI tools to improve call performance, objection handling, and follow-up efficiency
• Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and activity targets
• Transition qualified opportunities smoothly to internal teams for fulfillment

Compensation:

Employment offerspresented to the selected candidate are based on a combination of qualifications, experience, responsibilities of the role and the candidate's location.

Pay Rate: $40,000-$50,000 + uncapped variable compensation + Health & Dental Benefits, Pension Matching, 3 weeks vacation
