Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to help train AI models through remote, freelance work. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, rate performance, and compare AI-generated media for fidelity.

Qualifications include fluent English, a bachelor’s degree or higher, and strong attention to detail. Compensation is hourly with additional incentive opportunities, and hours are flexible.

• Fluent English with strong written communication.

• High attention to detail with patience to review closely.
• Ability to discuss scenarios clearly and think on your feet.
• Experience writing concise evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of responses.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos for prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs for distortion, motion issues, and text/audio mismatches.
• Writing concise explanations in English describing observations.
