Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your schedule.

Contributors review images, videos, and audio, ensuring prompts are followed, with pay up to $15 USD/hr plus incentives. Remote work from multiple countries is supported.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios in a natural, conversational way.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or text and audio mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing an English explanation.
