Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere, on your own schedule. You will role-play live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked off.

This remote role helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve, with the work contributing to frontier research and real-world AI performance. Earn up to $15 per hour USD with flexible hours, weekly payments, and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Writing a clear explanation in English pointing to what you saw or heard.
