Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will guide live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off, helping improve AI systems in real time.

You’ll review outputs for naturalness, accuracy, and adherence, and provide written explanations. This freelance role rewards performance with up to $15 per hour and additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful review.
• Bachelor’s degree or above preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to think quickly and explain decisions.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Decide clearly when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing concise explanations in English.
