Job summary

Outlier invites detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off. Work remotely on your own schedule, with flexible hours and payment up to $15 per hour.

Contributors help shape AI systems by scoring exchanges, spotting artifacts, and writing concise explanations. All tasks are remote, contract-based, and paid weekly; free access to leading LLMs is provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something looks off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rating how natural and clear they sound.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing specific explanations in English pointing to observed issues and observations.
