Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis with flexible hours. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

Works from home or while traveling, with payments on a weekly cadence. Responsibilities include ranking naturalness and usefulness, comparing image/video pairs to the prompt, and delivering concise, evidence-based explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking sound quality.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts, mismatch, or irregular motion.
• Writing specific English explanations that point to observed issues.
