Outlier invites detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models and scoring output quality. You will compare AI-generated images and videos, identify issues, and provide written explanations in English, remotely and on a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent English speakers with strong written communication, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to decide between imperfect options.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail, with patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific explanation in English that points to observations.
