Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You'll score outputs, write concise explanations, and help improve AI systems. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable working asynchronously. Fully remote, flexible hours.

Qualifications

Fluent English with strong written communication and ability to describe observations clearly.
Excellent attention to detail and patience to review and replay material closely.
Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios conversationally.
Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
Writing a short, specific explanation in English pointing to observed issues.
