Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Your work helps improve AI systems through systematic evaluation and feedback. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-focused, and capable of writing concise explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in video/audial content.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted visuals or misaligned audio.
• Write a concise written explanation in English pointing to observed issues.
