Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with an AI voice model, compare images and videos, and explain what looked off, all remotely and on your schedule.

At Outlier, your feedback helps shape how AI systems reason, learn, and improve. You will rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, then provide written explanations in English, with flexible hours and remote work.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and speaking naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt fidelity.
• Inspect outputs for distortions, flicker, or audio-video mismatches and describe findings in writing.
• Write explanations in English pointing to observed issues.
