Outlier is seeking English-speaking contributors to help train AI models. This freelance, remote role offers flexible hours and the chance to work on live conversations, and to assess AI-generated voice, image, and video outputs.

You will rate naturalness and usefulness, write concise explanations in English, and help identify issues such as distorted motion or text errors. A Bachelor’s degree or higher and clear communication are preferred.

Formación

• Fluent English and clear written communication are required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to listen closely.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom in, replay) to spot issues like distorted anatomy or audio-video mismatches.
• Provide written explanations in English describing what you saw or heard.
