Outlier is seeking English-speaking contributors to help train AI models by evaluating live conversations and media outputs. This freelance role is remote with flexible hours, perfect for planners who value independence and clear communication.

You will rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of AI interactions, compare images and videos to prompts, and provide concise English explanations of your judgments. Prior experience writing concise reviews is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong attention to detail, with patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortion, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Write concise English explanations detailing observations and judgments.
