Job summary

EventMobi is a remote-first company offering a fully remote role. The Account Manager will own and grow relationships with a large, existing client base across North America, driving retention and revenue expansion.

You will conduct product demos, educate clients on new services, and identify growth opportunities while collaborating with Customer Success. Strong CRM experience and a track record of meeting targets are essential.

Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in B2B sales.
Prior outbound or prospecting experience is a plus.
Track record of achieving/exceeding targets through upsell and growth.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce).

Responsibilities

Manage a pipeline of existing customer business to drive retention and growth.
Build long-term relationships with 150+ accounts through regular demos and check-ins.
Prospect for growth opportunities within current client base.
Follow CRM workflows to ensure regular touchpoints with accounts.
Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline forecast for weekly reviews.
Collaborate with Customer Success & Support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Participate in team meetings and cross-functional discussions.
Engage accounts via calls, meetings, in-mails and emails.
