Job summary

MedMe Health is seeking an Account Manager for the US to own a portfolio of customers, drive adoption, and lead expansion efforts across multiple locations and products. This role focuses on onboarding, change management, and sustained growth within evolving healthcare environments.

You will work with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to coordinate pilots, implementations, and phased rollouts, ensuring customer success and long-term stickiness in the platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing complex mid-market (regional) and enterprise (national) healthcare accounts.
• Ability to engage operational leaders, clinical teams, and executives to drive adoption and expansion.
• Deep understanding of pharmacy operations at scale, standardizing workflows across locations.
• Experience in regulated healthcare environments with state-level compliance considerations.
• Proven track record expanding accounts via product adoption, additional locations, or broader rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationships for a US customer portfolio, focusing on adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Drive account growth through new product adoption, additional locations, expanded programs, and broader organizational rollouts.
• Partner with Customer Success and Sales to ensure clean handoffs and aligned expectations across the lifecycle.
• Identify expansion opportunities by understanding customer goals, workflows, and operational constraints.
