Job summary

Toptal is seeking a Director of Partnerships to lead the strategy and growth of its global partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, AI Services, you will turn strategic relationships into revenue across services, products, and new businesses, coordinating with Sales, Services, Talent, Marketing, and leadership to activate partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, business development, or related commercial roles.
• Experience with technology, platform, cloud, AI, software, marketplace, or professional services partners is preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute partnership strategies and manage executive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive partnership revenue and pipeline through partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.
• Own strategic partner relationships with executive and field stakeholders.
• Build joint GTM and co-sell motions with partners and optimize marketplace opportunities.
• Grow partner ecosystems through certifications, tiers, and marketplace listings.
• Identify and capture MDF, sponsorships, and other partner-funded programs to accelerate growth.
• Manage the partnership lifecycle from identification to ongoing performance management.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Sales, Services, Talent, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Product, and Operations.
• Establish KPIs for revenue, pipeline, certifications, and partner investment.
