Job summary

Toyota Financial Services in Markham, Ontario, is seeking a Bilingual Remarketing Specialist for a 12-month contract at the head office. The role focuses on managing remarketing lists, dealer communications, and lease-end processes to optimize vehicle disposition.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, customer/dealership connection abilities, and prior call center experience; hybrid work arrangement offered with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• The ability to connect with dealerships and customers.
• Team oriented, flexible and proactive.
• Prior inbound and outbound call center experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage Remarketing lists and follow up for the return of leased vehicles past their scheduled maturity date.
• Collection of outstanding and/or excess charges (ie invoicing of additional charges for excess kilometers, excess wear and tear, missing equipment, payments, miscellaneous fees)
• Answer incoming calls, process paperwork, extension of lease contracts, Dealer Condition Reports etc
• Resolve outstanding issues with dealers/customers at lease end (payouts, invoices, security deposit etc), processing daily reports
• Preparing vehicles for auction for disposal in a timely manner
