Job summary

Toyota Canada Inc. in Markham, Ontario is seeking a Bilingual Remarketing Specialist for a 12-month contract. You will manage remarketing lists, collect charges, and prep vehicles for auction to ensure timely disposition and accuracy of paperwork.

The role requires a high school diploma, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to connect with dealerships and customers. A hybrid work environment is offered with an hourly rate of $27.50 CAD.

Responsibilities

• Manage Remarketing lists and follow up for the return of leased vehicles past maturity date.
• Collect outstanding and/or excess charges (e.g., invoicing for excess kilometers, wear and tear, missing equipment).
• Answer incoming calls, process paperwork, extend leases, Dealer Condition Reports, etc.
• Resolve outstanding issues with dealers/customers at lease end (payouts, invoices, security deposit).
• Prepare vehicles for auction for disposal in a timely manner.
