TFS currently has a permanent opportunity as Bilingual Contract Funding Specialist reporting to the Supervisor of Contract Funding. This role resides in our Markham Head Office

What you will be doing:

• Matches contracts to our internal system and verifies terms and conditions that have been submitted and approved
• Review contracts and credit applications for completeness, proper date/signature and accuracy and compliance with all requirements
• Verifies contract rates are accurate in accordance to the rate letters and special programs
• Accurately and efficiently enter data required to complete each contract
• Answer inbound phone calls and respond to emails from dealerships to resolve funding issues
• Maintain strong relationships with dealerships
• Other duties as required

What you bring:

• 2+ years' experience in banking, finance, legal or the auto industry is preferred
• High School Diploma required.
• College Diploma or University Degree an asset
• Strong computer skills; attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Must be available to work between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
• Must be available to work overtime as needed

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $56,778 - $70,972. The offered salary will be based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills and qualifications.
