Job summary

Toyota Financial Services is seeking a Bilingual Contract Funding Specialist for a 12-month contract at our Markham Head Office. You will verify terms, review contracts and credit applications, and ensure data accuracy while handling funding issues and maintaining dealer relationships.

Role requires 2+ years in banking/finance/legal/auto, strong English/French communication, and excellent data-entry skills with a high attention to detail. Shifts cover 8:00 am–8:00 pm and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Banking/finance/legal/auto industry experience preferred.
• Proficient data entry and verification skills.
• Bilingual in English and French is required.

Responsibilities

• Match contracts to internal system and verify terms and approvals.
• Review contracts and credit applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter data to complete each contract accurately.
• Respond to dealership inquiries by phone and email to resolve funding issues.
