Job summary

Toyota Financial Services (TFS) in Canada offers a 12-month contract position for a Bilingual Remarketing Specialist located at our Markham Head Office. You will manage remarketing lists, handle charges, and coordinate lease end activities with dealers and customers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Remarketing lists and follow up for the return of leased vehicles past their scheduled maturity date.
• Collection of outstanding and/or excess charges (eg invoicing of additional charges for excess kilometers, excess wear and tear, missing equipment, payments, miscellaneous fees).
• Answer incoming calls, process paperwork, extension of lease contracts, Dealer Condition Reports etc
• Resolve outstanding issues with dealers/customers at lease end (payouts, invoices, security deposit etc), processing daily reports
• Preparing vehicles for auction for disposal in a timely manner.

Hourly Rate: $27.50/hour
