Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a courier for an interview-position role based in Delta. The successful candidate will perform courteous pick-up and delivery along an assigned route, ensure shipments meet FedEx Canada standards, and support customer service functions as needed.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift heavy packages, and strong communication and multitasking skills. Candidates must be able to work varied schedules including weekends during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with proper equipment.
• One year of customer-oriented business experience preferred.
• Must pass mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training.
• Some knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian customs is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle stress and work in a highly pressured environment.
• Willingness to be flexible and work different schedules and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities
