Job summary

FedEx Canada is seeking an interview-position candidate for a courier role on an assigned route. You will provide courteous pickup and delivery of packages and ensure shipments meet FedEx Canada service standards. Strong customer service skills are essential.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and the willingness to work flexible hours including holidays. Canada-wide knowledge of customs is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to be flexible and work varying schedules including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada service standards.
• Provide related customer service functions.
