Job summary

FedEx Canada is seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to provide courteous, efficient pickup and delivery on an assigned route. You will ensure accurate shipment inspection, timely reporting, and safe operation of vehicles while representing FedEx Canada professionally.

You will assist customers, answer questions about services, and comply with Canada/US/International requirements. A valid driver’s license, good driving record, and physical ability to lift packages are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or educational equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and maneuver items as required by route delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route.
• Operate safely and in compliance with regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain professional appearance and representation of FedEx Canada.
• Use tracking and dispatch systems and ensure accurate information entry.
• Assist customers, answer questions about services, and communicate Canada/US/International requirements.
• Select, inspect, and report stop counts and mis-sorts accurately.
• Seek sales leads and inform sales department of market changes.
• Ensure proper labeling and paperwork for shipments and supply materials.
